This includes staying current with AACSB accreditation standards and best practices, overseeing data and documentation for rankings agencies, and developing effective assessment plans for all accredited programs. The Director serves as the school’s primary resource for analytical support, providing data-driven insights to the Dean, the Dean’s Office leadership, department heads, and senior staff. This includes developing resource models and conducting analyses that inform strategy, guide decision making, support rankings performance, and enhance the operational effectiveness of the school’s academic and administrative units. Given the highly collaborative nature of these responsibilities, the role requires consistent on-site presence to support real-time coordination, secure data access, and timely academic operations.
