Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Administrative Nursing Operations Manager provides operational leadership and oversight of workforce functions across two hospital campuses. This role is responsible for leading house supervisors, the staffing office, and discharge lounge operations, ensuring effective coordination of resources to support safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. The nurse manager directs workforce planning and execution, including partnership with Managed Service Providers (MSPs.) The role is accountable for optimizing labor utilization, managing costs, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels across the system.
