The role may also require on-site work, as needed, at the Encinitas, Vista, and VTC Infusion Centers.** # **DESCRIPTION** Under the supervision of the Clinic Operations Manager and/or Cancer Services Infusion Scheduling Supervisor, the Infusion Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments for Infusion, Fast Track, and lab services in accordance with established protocols. Scheduling activities are performed in-person, by phone, or electronically via Epic/Cadence, requiring strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe patient scheduling. This position works closely with patients, providers, nursing teams, administrative staff, and leadership to coordinate infusion appointments and support a positive patient experience.
