Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Director, Neurosciences Service Line is responsible for the administration and operations of UC Irvine Healthcare Neuroscience and Psychiatry & Behavioral Health ambulatory and clinical operations. This position works in partnership with the service line leadership and departmental chairs in support of the Medical Center operations, goals and objectives. Maintains responsibility for strategic planning, process improvement, human resource management and policy and procedure improvement. Serves as principal liaison to Medical Center and School of Medicine departments. Maintains a strong working knowledge of directives and guidelines related to billing compliance, payer regulations and specialty specific initiatives.
