The Business Analyst I – Nursing partners with Nursing leadership to strengthen workforce operations through data, analytics, and process improvement—ensuring accurate staffing, compliance, and insights that allow nurses to focus on delivering exceptional care. **Role Overview** - Serve as a non‑clinical partner supporting the Nursing Department through workforce management, payroll analysis, and operational reporting. - Manage and maintain workforce management systems (e.g., Symplr or similar) to support accurate scheduling, attendance tracking, and timecard reconciliation. - Support payroll‑related processes including approvals, pay adjustments, premium pay validation, and compliance monitoring. - Analyze staffing, scheduling, and utilization data to support workforce planning and data‑informed staffing decisions. - Leverage analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational insights. - Utilize Workday, Strata, and related reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to n
