Includes priority setting and workflow analysis, problem analysis and resolution, hardware and software specifications and configuration, and using seasoned judgment and advanced technical expertise to solve a wide variety of complex technical problems in all aspects of client technical support. Functions as the highest tier of support technician within Administrative IT – Client Services, identifying needs and risks and responding accordingly.
