Job Ref: JR-3810 Location: 450 Brookline Ave, BOSTON, MA 02215 Category: Research Laboratory Employment Type: Full time Work Location: Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite/week Salary/Pay Rate: $42,500.00 - $51,100.00 per year **Overview** The Perini Family Survivors’ Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a full-time Research Assistant II to join the team. This hybrid role includes both on-site and remote work and supports a research program focused on the psychosocial and physical health outcomes of adult and childhood cancer survivors. Ongoing projects include online interventions targeting anxiety, insomnia, and sexual health, as well as survey-based studies examining mental and physical health outcomes. The Research Assistant II will contribute to multiple active studies and play an important role in day-to-day research operations. Key responsibilities include participant recruitment, eligibility screening, enrollment, telephone interviewing, development of online surveys and study materials, support for live telehealth interventions, mailings, data entry, and database management. Additional duties include conducting literature reviews, abstracting medical records, assisting with presentations and manuscripts, and performing basic statistical analyses. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, with prior research experience in psychology, health, or education strongly preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective interpersonal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; experience with SPSS is highly desirable.
