Handles moderately and highly complicated data requests. Makes recommendations to requestor for additional data that may be beneficial to the analysis. The incumbent is responsible for educating new users to the related reporting systems. The incumbent will also consult with experienced users regarding the appropriate use and interpretation of the data and/or development and enhancement of the reporting systems/databases. Other responsibilities include assuming direct responsibility for defined work duties which may include all or some aspects of implementation, testing, auditing, and trouble-shooting new reporting system/software releases. **Designs, builds, and operates scalable analytics and AI pipelines using structured and unstructured data. Applies machine learning, natural language processing, and programmatic analytics (e.g., Python, SQL, and R) to generate automated, actionable insights.
