The Creative Artist will play a key role in developing visually compelling concepts and creative assets that support marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and patient engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for a versatile creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring ideas to life through innovative design and artistic expression. $25 - $45 per hour **Key Responsibilities** - Conceptualize and create original visual content for digital (web, social media, email) and print (brochures, signage, presentations) platforms - Collaborate with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies and campaigns - Translate complex healthcare messaging into engaging, easy-to-understand visual narratives - Ensure all creative assets align with UPMC’s brand identity and standards - Produce illustrations, graphics, layouts, and multimedia content - Prepare production-ready files and ensure high-quality output across all channels - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Stay current with design trends, tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field - 3+ years of professional experience in creative design or visual arts
