Summary: The Program Manager will lead a collection of project implementations, providing program-level oversight to cross-functional teams, ensuring that individual initiatives within the program are aligned, successful, and on track to delivery intended outcomes and value. The Program Manager will provide tactical leadership and guidance to project managers and operational/technical project team members, ensuring that roles are clearly defined, scope/schedule/budget/value remain on track, and that the RUSH execution model is well adopted and optimized within each team. The Program Manager will work under the guidance of the System TMO Director and will partner with other operational, clinical and technology leaders to ensure that teams are successful and that organizational best practices are consistently applied. The role will also support operational leaders along with the System TMO in planning and executing organizational transformation plans related to Rush’s strategic goals.
