Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: - Responds to patient concerns, issues, and grievances; investigates confidential matters, documents activities, and escalates when necessary. - Tracks and analyzes patient experience data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and system failures. - Assists patients in interpreting hospital policies, procedures, and services; educates patients about their rights in accordance with state law. - Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of patient-centered care and assists in creating hospital-wide patient service programs. - Identifies priority satisfaction issues, drafts proposals for new initiatives, and contributes to team goals and strategies.
