Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Supervisor, Lab Services Float Pool is responsible for the direct frontline supervision, daily workflow coordination, and operational oversight of lab services float pool coworkers across assigned laboratory disciplines, facilities, and service areas. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring adequate staffing coverage across laboratory departments in alignment with departmental policies, clinical standards, and all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, including The Joint Commission, College of American Pathologists, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, and applicable state and federal regulations.
