Students from other majors with relevant technical experience are encouraged to apply. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **IT Support** - Assist department faculty, staff, and graduate students with basic hardware and software challenges. - Maintain FSHN department website(s) and digital media site with accurate, up-to-date content pertinent to departmental needs. **Workflow Improvement & Automation** - Assist in designing and building simple automated workflows, under staff guidance, using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps to support recurring administrative processes. - Use Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, UF NaviGator AI Suite) to support document drafting, data summarization, and process documentation. *Note: Curiosity and willingness to learn are more important than prior expertise.* **Instructional Accessibility Support** - Collaborate with FSHN faculty to format and refine PowerPoint presentations for use in instructional settings. - Ensure faculty slide materials meet ADA accessibility standards, including proper color contrast ratios, alternative text for images, logical slide reading order, and accessible font sizing.
