Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Perfusionist Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day clinical operation as well as the administrative functions of the Cardiac Perfusion services department. The Supervisor provides daily oversight of staffing and scheduling for the Perfusion team, while ensuring competencies in clinical areas. Ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures and as well as all regulatory agencies. Provides leadership and direction for the staff while promoting quality, safe and cost-effective patient care.
