This is an opportunity to expand programs, build relationships and develop strategies to increase educational attainment and support a cradle to career pipeline to STEM/Healthcare fields. Initiatives and projects include instructional coaching and curriculum development, coordination of professional development opportunities, and development and implementation of family and community engagement. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Other information: 1. Professional Educators License (PEL) with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education, Birth-2nd grade 2.
