UPMC Health Plan is hiring a Senior Manager of Technology, Quality Assurance and Operational Integrity (QAOI). This is a hybrid role, with three in-office days each week at UPMC’s headquarters in the U.S. Steel Tower in downtown Pittsburgh. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position. The Senior Manager, QAOI Technology assumes responsibility for a broad and complex scope of Quality Assurance and Operational Integrity (QAOI) functions, including technology and system administration supporting external audit coordination and oversight, quality assurance, operational integrity, and quality assurance and risk management across the Insurance Services Division (ISD). The incumbent directs and oversees a wide range of QAOI initiatives spanning multiple functional areas that impact stakeholder programs and operational performance. This role is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to highly skilled professionals, team leads, and managers to ensure ISD business objectives are met or exceeded.
