They also administer REDCap surveys, participant reminders, and process case note and side effects data. The role collaborates in training team members, upholding ethical standards, and communicating study progress to investigators, staff, and participants while identifying and addressing operational challenges. The Research Professional I also assists in preparing technical reports, protocols, and scholarly or stakeholder-facing manuscripts and presentations, with additional cross‑training duties assigned as needed to ensure adequate study coverage. Schedule may be flexible based on study need in close collaboration with PI and study team.
