Location: Hybrid 2/3 days onsite at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA **Job Overview** This position will be involved in building a robust philanthropy effort to support Tufts Medicine’s highest academic, clinical, educational and programmatic priorities. In collaboration and partnership with clinicians and other gift officers, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive major and/or leadership giving program to grow and steward a robust pipeline of donors across the system with a focus on Tufts Medical Center. **Job Description** **Minimum Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Five (5) years of experience in frontline fundraising experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Ten (10) years of experience in frontline fundraising in a prestigious, complex organization. 2. Experience at an academic, research, or hospital/health care environment. 3.
