Through the program, trainees gain exposure to innovative projects aligned with QPSi strategic priorities and build foundational professional competencies through mentored engagement with real-world translational healthcare initiatives. Learning occurs through guided participation, multidisciplinary collaboration, structured mentorship, iterative feedback, and exposure to operational and strategic decision-making environments. This role is developmental and designed for individuals seeking applied learning experiences in AI-enhanced healthcare quality, translational implementation, and health system innovation.
