Responsibilities include assisting with the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models; preparing documentation and digital assets; and supporting data collection, LiDAR integration, and project workflows. ET-1 technologists will: - Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools. - Support model updates, documentation output, and basic clash identification under supervision. - Assist with 2D to 3D transitions and application of BIM standards, templates, and execution workflows. - Participate in the collection, organization, and management of project data and metadata needed for operations and maintenance integration. - Support LiDAR scan collection efforts and basic processing tasks. - Help develop and maintain digital construction content such as Revit families, templates, and detail components. - Assist with virtual build environment (VBE) service requests and communicate with the VBE Offi
