Job Ref: JR-2744 Location: 450 Brookline Ave, BOSTON, MA 02215 Category: Finance/Accounting Employment Type: Full time Work Location: Remote: 100% off site Salary/Pay Rate: $115,700.00 - $128,600.00 per year **Overview** The Financial Information System and Reporting Lead will play a key role within the Financial Information Systems (Financial IS) team, supporting the Institute’s financial and operational reporting infrastructure acting as a central driver in the continuous design, implementation and optimization of Workday and Reporting functionality. This position will be reporting to the Senior Financial Planning Systems Strategist and is responsible for leading/strategizing with the business departments to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday, Adaptive Insights, Prism/Accounting Center, OfficeConnect, and Microsoft Excel. This role will also play an integral part as a configuration admin on the team, partnering with the Business to understand their needs and priorities to make the necessary and appropriate configuration changes/updates. The Financial Information System and Reporting Lead will partner closely with Central IS, Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and Research teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and support the Institute’s mission and financial stewardship goals.
