Current information about the Center’s many programs and activities are available at The Carter Center. **SUMMARY:** The Senior Associate Director, Development Systems at The Carter Center provides strategic leadership for the development and optimization of fundraising technology and data systems. This role partners with the Development and Technology teams, as well as external service providers, to design, implement, and manage solutions that enhance fundraising operations. The position requires deep expertise in fundraising best practices, data governance, and the effective use of technical tools to drive fundraising insights and operational excellence. This position reports to the Director of Development Operations and Stewardship. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Strategic Leadership: - Leads the execution of fundraising technology strategy for solutions that support the Center's fundraising development goals. - Stays current with industry standards and emerging technologies to ensure best-in-class systems and proc
