Job Description Chirag Patel's group is seeking a Data Scientist with a focus on engineering and/or, mulit-omic integration analytics, machine learning, and AI, to join our team! We are located at the Department of Biomedical Informatics (**https://www.chiragjpgroup.org/members.html**), Harvard Medical School, with affiliations with the Harvard Data Science Institute, and Harvard School of Public Health, and Harvard associated hospitals. In this role you will develop efficient software solutions to analyze the impact of the exposome and genome on health outcomes in large datasets, and package these solutions as applications. The exposome is a promising and emerging modality to explain disease variation (papers in press in Nature Medicine) that impacts humans on all levels: from the single cell to populations, providing a rich substrate to do novel work. Candidates with experience in developing approaches to analyze large multi-modal datasets are encouraged to apply.
