JOB SUMMARY UTSW is seeking an excellent Senior Financial Analyst with exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills to support the dynamic and growing Department of Orthopedic Surgery. This important role will provide critical support to departmental leadership through analysis of monthly reporting metrics and strategic initiatives. You will also help execute the department’s action plan and strengthen its financial reporting and variance analysis capabilities, providing faculty and program leaders with accurate, timely reports that enhance transparency, accountability, and decision-making. Orthopedic Surgery is a fast-paced, high-impact department with a broad clinical, surgical, and academic mission, offering strong opportunities for professional growth and development.
