Job Ref: JR-2631 Location: 10 Brookline Place, BROOKLINE, MA 02445 Category: Operations Employment Type: Full time Work Location: Remote: occasional onsite Salary/Pay Rate: $104,800.00 - $118,500.00 per year **Overview** The Senior Quality & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality analytics, dashboards, and external quality reporting tools that measure and improve quality, safety, and value across Dana-Farber’s full scope of services. This position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance and Analytics within the Department of Quality and Patient Safety (QPS). The Senior Analyst independently manages multiple concurrent projects, from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering through data design, build, validation, and implementation. This role supports internal quality improvement and performance monitoring as well as external regulatory and comparative reporting (e.g., PCHQR, QPP, MassHealth HQEIP, Vizient). By providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights, this position is critical to advancing patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision making across the enterprise. This role is part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance division within the Department of Quality & Patient Safety (QPS) and works collaboratively across all divisions of QPS. This role will also collaborate closely with our external partners, Enterprise and Data Analytics, Nursing Quality and Medicine. Overall, this role will combine expertise in healthcare quality measurement, external reporting, and benchmarking with business intelligence skills.
