Requisition Id 16156 **Overview:** The Human Resources Generalist provides operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This role supports HR programs and initiatives that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as contract-specific requirements. The HR Generalist will work collaboratively with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to support a compliant, mission-focused, and employee-centered workplace. **Major Duties/Responsibilities:** - Workforce Data & Reporting: - Generate and analyze workforce data and standard HR reports to support HR decision-making. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure integrity of HRIS data. - Assist with tracking workforce metrics, compliance requirements, and personnel documentation. - Employee Lifecycle Support: - Provide day-to-day operations support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. - Facilitate new hire orientation overviews to ensure a smooth transition for employees. - Support performance review cycles and employee development documentation. - Compliance & Employee Relations: - Assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including documentation and recordkeeping requirements. - Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to HR programs. - Provide support in employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and assisting with conflict resolution efforts under HR leadership guidance. - HR Systems & Process Support: - Support ongoing enhancements to HR systems, workflows, and internal policies. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting efficiency and administrative processes. - Projects & Organizational Initiatives: - Support HR initiatives such as compensation cycles, training programs, employee engagement efforts, and organizational change activities. - Assist with policy updates and communication of HR proced
