Req Id: 41405 Job Title: Agronomy E-Learning Project Manager City: West Lafayette ## **Job Summary** The E-Learning Project Manager will provide strategic support for the Agronomy Department’s and college’s efforts to grow its online education presence. Under general supervision, you will work independently to implement key day-to-day activities and participate in strategic direction and prioritization. You will manage key projects, including but not limited to running online classes; supporting students; updating current class materials and assisting in the creation of new curriculum; coordinating marketing and communications efforts; and grant writing support. In addition, you will complete assessments to evaluate and integrate change to enhance processes and procedures ensuring continued success as well as support other projects in which the Agronomy eLearning director is engaged, such as the current AI-LEAF education project. ## **What You'll Be Doing:** - Organizing, assigning and following up on tasks in production of courses - Teaming with faculty in the program development process including educational program flow and design and linking education content and program objectives with the objectives of our participating companies - Maintaining course materials so they are functional and operable for a range of student needs, including access from various online browsers and from a variety of devices such as personal computers, tablets, and smart phones - Interacting with Teaching and Learning Technologies to keep abreast of technology changes and engage their support with accessibility and functionality issues - Working with the Purdue Online Course Production team for instructional design and video production needs in the development and maintenance of new and existing online programs - Motivating prospective students to enroll and fostering positive relationships with students to enhance their experience and their learning - Familiarizing students with onlin
