Supports aspects of monthly and ad hoc reporting and assists in the preparation of pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Performs analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy. **Key Relationships** Reports to: Manager-Financial Reporting and Budgeting Direct Reports: None **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. - Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. - Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus. **Responsibilities** **Connect to Promise -** Demonstrates a commitment to IU Health's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting behaviors and delivering results that align with the strategic direction of the organization.
