Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Supervisor, Pharmacy functions as a recognized expert, providing authoritative professional guidance and day-to-day supervision of all operational and clinical activities within the assigned inpatient hospital pharmacy. The incumbent is accountable for the oversight and coordination of drug distribution, prescription order processing, therapeutic intervention, drug information and consultation, patient prescription profile maintenance, drug therapy monitoring, and drug compounding, ensuring efficient operations and the implementation of cost control measures that support drug utilization improvement and patient outcomes. This role assists with the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of daily pharmacy operations and participates in the development and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures, preparing short and long range goals and objectives for
