Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact-based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy. **Key Relationships** Reports to: Manager-Financial Reporting and Budgeting **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. - Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience. - Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets. - Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus. - Preferred experience in financial reporting. - Preferred experience in foundation/fund accounting.
