Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The System Director, Respiratory & Rehabilitation Services provides enterprise-level leadership for respiratory therapy and rehabilitative services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology across UCI Health. The incumbent is accountable for the strategic direction, clinical quality, operational performance, and financial management of respiratory and rehabilitation programs systemwide. This role leads the development and execution of systemwide care delivery strategies that support patient recovery, optimize functional outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
