Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Manager, Pharmacy Education is responsible for the operational leadership, administrative oversight, and systemwide coordination of all pharmacy education programs and functions across UCI Health, including inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, ambulatory clinics, and infusion centers. The incumbent is accountable for the management and oversight of pharmacy residency, pharmacist intern, and technician intern programs, as well as departmental pharmacy education initiatives, including new coworker orientation, annual competency programs, and student and resident programs. This role maintains responsibility for the development and implementation of sustainable policies and procedures supporting all pharmacy education programs and ensures oversight of pharmacy residency programs to maintain ASHP accreditation and compliance with all applicable requirements.
