**Summary** POSITION SUMMARY: The role reports to the President of the COHC and is responsible for multiple administrative functions, including finance, human resources, facility operations, property control, purchasing, and security. The role provides leadership, general direction, and administration of the college's facilities, maintenance, human resources, information technology, and custodial services and plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's day-to-day functions run smoothly and that strategic goals are met.
