Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Provide program management, coordination, administration, and oversight for a portfolio of cancer research and training initiatives. - Support the full lifecycle of grants and programs, including application support, implementation, tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. - Coordinate education and workforce development programs across the cancer career continuum (high school through faculty), ensuring alignment with institutional and CCSG priorities. - Maintain systems for program tracking, data collection, and outcomes reporting, including trainee progression, research outputs, and funding impacts. Qualifications: **Required:** - Strong experience in program coordination, project management, or research administration in an academic or clinical research environment. - Knowledge of grant processes and funding mechanisms (e.g., NIH training grants, research supplements, or similar programs). - Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret program data to support reporting, evaluation, and decision-making. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and coordinate across multidisciplinary stakeholders. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructi
