Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Supervisor, Respiratory & Rehabilitation Services – Float Pool is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight, clinical guidance, and direct supervision of float pool coworkers deployed across respiratory therapy and rehabilitative service areas within assigned facilities and locations. The incumbent is accountable for directing float pool workflow, ensuring coworker clinical competency, and maintaining the highest standards of care quality, patient safety, and service excellence across all areas of assignment, which may encompass respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology departments. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of float pool staffing assignments, ensuring appropriate and timely deployment of coworkers to meet the operational and clinical needs of all supported departments and location
