Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Director, Medical Staff is responsible for the operational leadership, administrative oversight, and coordination of all medical staff functions within the assigned facility or facilities, including credentialing, privileging, peer review, and medical staff governance support. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant administration of all medical staff processes in alignment with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including The Joint Commission, California Medical Staff Services Association, and applicable state and federal requirements.
