Designing, developing, and maintaining highly engaging, creative, and effective learning content for multi-channel delivery to customers. They will leverage their understanding of learning theory and design best practices to propose innovative learning solutions that can be delivered at scale. Utilizing E-learning development and instructional design concepts and skills to meet the requirements of the adult learner online, with a live instructor virtually, and in a classroom setting. Training will be developed and maintained using a variety of formats.
