This role sits at the intersection of Epic Revenue Cycle optimization, financial performance, and project leadership—driving initiatives that improve reimbursement accuracy, reduce denials, and strengthen enterprise‑wide workflows. **Role Overview** - Lead cross‑functional projects focused on denials workflows and Revenue Cycle process optimization. - Partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical, and IT teams to define project scope, goals, and measurable outcomes. - Analyze denial trends and collaborate with operational stakeholders to design corrective workflow solutions. - Utilize Epic data models (Clarity, Caboodle, etc.) to support reporting needs and inform decision‑making. - Develop detailed project plans including timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements. - Drive stakeholder communication through structured updates, reporting, and presentations. - Coordinate testing, validation, and go‑live activities for Epic configuration or workflow changes. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with institutional priorities. - Support continuous improvemen
