Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Leads, drives, and manages, organizational performance and financial achievement for state, federal, and commercial quality programs, with emphasis on Quality Incentive Pool (QIP) Program, the California State MediCal Quality Incentive Program. Works collaboratively with clinical care departments and providers to improve documented patient care to ensure medical record accuracy and maximize performance on key performance indicators. Assists Finance in the reporting for the California State MediCal Enhanced Payment Program (EPP). Collaborates with Epic and ITS teams to manage governance, workflows and code development for measure rate reporting for QIP and other Quality/Value programs including Medicare ACO/MSSP, capitated managed care, and FQHC UDS reporting.
