This professional role focuses on advancing simulation-based education within the Kirbo Innovation and Learning Laboratory. Working closely with faculty and the NRCD Director, you'll plan, implement, and evaluate both high- and low-fidelity simulation experiences that meet current clinical practice standards. Your work will align with INACSL Standards of Best Practice and Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) guidelines, ensuring our students receive the highest quality educational experiences. This position offers leadership opportunities in simulation operations and analytics, where you'll generate reports, maintain utilization and outcomes dashboards, and transform data insights into meaningful improvements.
