Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Transformation Specialist manages performance improvement initiatives to improve clinical processes, quality outcomes and patient and staff safety. The Specialist supports UCI Heath by functioning as necessary, as a performance improvement leader, facilitator, consultant, and analyst. The Specialist facilitates the assessment of problems, the compilation and analysis of data, the creation of improvement teams, the design and collections of metrics, and the facilitation of improvement efforts. The Specialist uses process improvement methodologies to not only support performance improvement but to implement practices to sustain performance. The Specialist supports the mission and vision of UCI Health throughout the organization and ambulatory areas as needed.
