**What You Will Do** This position will be filled at either the Software Developer 1 or Software Developer 2 level, depending on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. Additional responsibilities will be assigned if the candidate is hired at the higher level. The Weapons Research Services - Weapons Mission Technology (WRS-WMT) group is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Developer to support the development and maintenance of mission-critical applications deployed across the Department of Energy (DOE) complex on both classified and unclassified systems. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-starting, motivated, and technically proficient, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of software solutions that enable LANL's Weapons Mission. In this role, you will work closely with customers, product owners, and end users to understand business needs, develop creative solution concepts, and contribute to long-range technical objectives.
