Routine functions may include, but are not limited to, recording journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of accounting schedules and financial reporting. The Accounting Analyst reconciles expenditures related to construction projects across the general ledger and eBuilder. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments. To be proficient, this position requires a strong technical aptitude and experience with technical applications. Performs other duties as assigned. **Job Details** - This position requires a background check for PII/Cash Handling responsibilities. **Required Education and Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least two (2) years of directly related experience in general accounting or specialized property accounting experience - Experience in recording journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of accounting schedules and financial reporting - An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. **Required Skills and Abilities** - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Excel - Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks - Demonstrated
