# **Assistant-Administrative PRN** ## **Job Description** **Overview** ### **Schedule & Employment Type** - Monday–Friday, daytime availability - Hours vary based on business needs; this is an **as-needed** position with no guaranteed schedule - This position is **not benefits-eligible** ### **Location** - Fully remote ### **Required Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ### **Preferred Skills & Experience** - Experience with Cerner or other EMR systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Experience working in a matrixed or complex work environment ### **Key Responsibilities** - Provide basic administrative and technical support to assigned leaders and teams - Ability to independently schedule appointments and answer incoming calls within three months of hire ### **Work Environment** - Collaborative and collegial team environment with ongoing interaction across departments We are an equal opportunity employer.
