Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Manage and maintain graduate program operations, including admissions processing, student employment, and funding coordination. - Oversee student employee assignments (TAs, Readers, Tutors), including eligibility review, offer coordination, and tracking. - Develop and maintain complex Excel reports to track student data, funding, and academic progress. - Organize, digitize, and audit files (scanning, cleaning, and improving data integrity across systems). Qualifications: **Required:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting). - Strong organizational skills with experience managing large volumes of digital and physical files. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting broken processes or scripts. - Experience providing administrative or operational support in a structured environment. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. **Preferred:** - Experience working in higher education or supporting academic programs. - Familiarity with systems such as Slate, GWA, or similar student/HR systems. - Experience coordinating admissions, student funding, or academic employment processes. - Ability to c
