This role focuses on delivering meaningful insights, building reliable dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance HRIS service delivery across the College. Reporting to the Senior HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst, the Associate HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights through analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulatory reporting requirements. **CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Compliance Reporting and Data Analytics:** - Manage and fulfill regulatory and compliance reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity - Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to support key stakeholders - Support reporting initiatives and analytics projects required by TCHR or College leadership - Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful, actionable reports and visualizations - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement **Data Audits and Process Improvement:** - Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy through automated data audits - Analyze and reconcile data inconsistencies across reporting sources - Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete HR data - Assist with process improvements by identifying gaps, recommending innovative, data-driven solutions, and supporting implementation efforts **System Maintenance/Training & Support:** - Develop and maintain user guides, training materials and procedure documentation to support HR systems and reporting tools - Ass
