Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Supervisor, Case Management is responsible for the direct frontline supervision, daily workflow coordination, and operational oversight of case management coworkers within the assigned facility or service area. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of case management services in alignment with departmental policies, clinical standards, and all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, including The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and applicable state and federal regulations.
