Job Description: We are seeking a ***Senior Project Manager*** to provide customer-focused guidance to investigators by managing activities associated with pre-award and non-financial post-award management of sponsored research proposals and awards. This role will support the administrative lifecycle of research grants, providing specialized support to Principal Investigators (PIs) for proposal development, submission, and compliance. This role will serve as a liaison between internal departments, such as the Sponsored Projects Office, and will bridge the gap between researchers and research administration to ensure a seamless and coordinated pre- and post- award process. Highly Preferred Skills/Experience: - - 1–3 years of experience in grant administration, preferred experience in a medical school setting. - - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and electronic grant management software (e.g., Huron) - - Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage projects and move initiatives through to completion; - - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines; - - Experience supporting federally funded clinical research studies; - - Experience preparing or supporting grant submissions, grant budgets, just in time requests, and research performance progress reports; - - Strong written and oral communication skills.
