The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.* Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Talent Services, the Talent Services Generalist is a consultant to CUIT management and staff on human resources (Talent Services) - related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. Additionally, the Generalist manages the employee service support function within the Talent Services team. Serving as the first point of contact, the incumbent will ensure the highest quality of service to all employees within CUIT and the timely resolution of all Talent Services-related issues and requests. Serves as a key contributor within the Talent Services team in driving employee performance, morale, and efficiency by effectively delivering day-to-day projects and services.
