Summary: The Manager, Change Management is responsible for leading and delivering best practice change management strategy and execution across a large, complex enterprise portfolio of work. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end change management approach for multiple, concurrent initiatives—supporting delivery of business value and ensuring leaders, managers, and employees are prepared, supported, and equipped to adopt change successfully. The manager maintains a strategic enterprise orientation and effectively influences and consults with leaders at all levels. The role effectively identifies and mitigates risk while looking for opportunities to scale and deliver business value with speed. The Manager, Change Management directs, supports, coaches, and supervises change management, training, communications, and enabling project delivery resources across the entire delivery cycle. The role guides and facilitates the development of best practice methodologies, tools, and standard change delivery templates.
